Silver Roots Revival is dedicated to serving low-income elderly and disabled residents of Madison and St. Clair Counties (ZIP 62061 and surrounding) with free or low-cost home maintenance and landscaping. Our unique crew model employs paid trainees from local homeless shelters, youth programs, and individuals rebuilding after hardship, combining hands-on work with job training, life skills coaching, and wraparound support to guide them toward stable housing and employment.
Free or low-cost yard work, mowing, seasonal cleanups, debris removal, and minor repairs for low-income elderly and disabled residents.
Paid trainee positions from shelters and youth programs with hands-on work, budgeting coaching, communication skills, and goal-setting support.
Path clearing, safety upgrades, rail painting, and beautification to restore homes, yards, and neighborhood pride.
Founded by a local entrepreneur passionate about spiritual wellness and community uplift, Silver Roots began with a vision: that every home deserves care, and every person deserves a chance to thrive.
Our Home Services LLC provides reliable support to families. But we realized our true calling lay deeperβin creating pathways for people rebuilding their lives. Silver Roots Revival Nonprofit transforms this vision through our crew model: giving individuals from shelters, youth programs, and anyone facing hardship the dignity of paid work, hands-on training, and support toward stable housing and employment.
Every yard restored, every home beautified, every trainee supported is a life being rebuilt. We partner with Rebuilding Together Southwest Illinois and Senior Services Plus, filling gaps in follow-up care and recurring maintenance. Starting with a spring pilot serving 10-15 homes and employing 5-8 trainees, we're growing with purpose: yards restored, lives rebuilt.
